By downloading, installing, or playing Magnavis ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not play the Game.

We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

While playing the Game, you agree not to:

• ✕Use cheats, exploits, or third-party software designed to modify the Game experience to the detriment of others.
• ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our analytics API keys or server architecture.
• ✕Harass, threaten, or upload offensive content through our in-game Feedback systems.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to code, graphics, UI, audio, and concepts) are owned by Vorles Games.

5. Multiplayer and Online Features

The Game includes online multiplayer features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to these services and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the servers at any time without notice.
